14 times more spending in Karnataka elections

As elections are soon in Karnataka State, Election Commission seized cash of 152 Crores, second highest in all states. 

All parties choosing such a candidates who spends lot in elections, especially in Karnataka. 

In that case daily spending for each candidate is about 3 to 4 Crores per seat. Before voting day that is in last ten days this spending on an average is 2.5 Crores. This spending is separate from the amount by candidates own campain, it is around again 3-4 Crores. 

But, the Election Commission ceiling for spending on campaign is 28 lakhs per candidates which is far behind to the actual spending by candidates. This is what politics in India.
