The event witness participation from Industry stalwarts from India presenting leadership lessons at MDI Gurgaon
New Delhi, August 1, 2018: The Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon hosted an eventful learning session on ‘Phenomenological ways of Leadership Development & Triple Loop Learning’ on 31 July, 2018.
HR Heads from blue-chip companies of India like Pepsico, RBS, Schneider Electric, Zonobel, Bollore Logistics, Zimmer Biomet India, Bata, Becton Dickinson, SRL Limited, Sterlite Power, TCS, Escorts Limited, Rockwell, Dentsu Aegis, HSIL Group, Interglobe, Kohler, Max Life Insurance, Nestle, OLX, Prop Tiger, PwC and Spice Jet were engaged in a ninety minute ‘fish bowl’ discussion on innovative tools of Human Capital Development.
The event started with a lamp lighting ceremony and by a welcome address from Prof. Tanuja Sharma, Chairperson – HR Area. Prof. Manoj Anand, Dean – Students Affairs thanked the guests for taking out time from their busy schedule and for sharing their valuable thoughts with MDI students and fraternity.Dr. Himadri Das, Director MDI Gurgaon addressed the gathering and welcomed the esteemed guests.
The discussion was taken forward by Mr. Santosh Babu, Founder and Chairman of OD Alternatives, while addressing the gathering said, “The aim of the session was to discuss ideas and practices that enhance the level of leadership development resulting in an effective work culture and personal development of an employee in a corporate structure. Events like these provide a uniform platform for exchange of ideas and credible corporate strategies related to Human Capital, leadership and development which benefits one and all.
