Best efforts to be made for speedy disposal of cases: CJ of Telangana HC

Telangana High Court Chief Justice TBN Radhakrishnan on Wednesday said the best efforts will be made for speedy disposal of a huge number of pending cases in the newly formed state High Court.  The full court was held with the Chief Justice and 12 judges at the first court hall, on the first day of the separate high court.

Addressing all advocates, public prosecutors and AGs on the occasion, Justice Radhakrishnan assured that they will give their best for speedily dispose over 1.87 lakh pending cases with the help of available judges and supporting staff.

When the High Court started functioning as a separate entity yesterday, the CJ administered the oath of office to the judges and after that they signed the register. The regular court proceedings began after the full court was held.
