BJP walks out of Karnataka Assembly

Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy has moved the confidence motion in the assembly, where he is widely expected to sail through, barring any unforeseeable events, ending the 10-day political uncertainty in the state. Even as the floor test is underway and the chief minister is speaking, BJP MLAs have walked out of the Assembly. The Congress and JD(S) combine, who together claim 115 lawmakers.

According to NavyaMedia, Yeddyurappa alleged that there are several charges of corruption against the Gowda family. He warned that the JD(S) had betrayed BJP in the past and may do the same with Congress.
