In the middle of a new political churning much ahead of 2019’s Lok Sabha elections, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu held discussions with his Delhi counterpart and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi today.
Chandrababu and Kejriwal met at Andhra Bhawan in the national capital and are believed to have had discussions on the current political situation in the country, according to an AAP leader said.
The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president is in Delhi since Tuesday. Since then he has been meeting several opposition leaders in his bid to drum up support for a special category status to his state.
Chandrababu has been upset with the BJP-led NDA government on the injustice against AP despite assurances of a special status in the AP Reorganisation Act.
