Dedicated website on  PV Narasimha Rao Centenary Celebrations launched

Vice President pays tributes to former PM,  Narasimha Rao on his birth anniversary

Telangana Government today launched a dedicated website https://pvnr.telangana.gov.in as the platform to showcase birth centenary celebrations of former Prime Minister  Late PV Narasimha Rao.  MP and Chairman of the  PV Narasimha Rao Centenary Celebrations Committee  K. Keshava Rao launched the website at Ravindra Bharathi on Friday.

The website will serve as the one stop resource for all the information related to birth centenary celebrations of the former Prime Minister being organised by Telangana Government. Apart from the life journey of the stalwart in Indian politics and public administration, all the events, schedules, registration forms, photos, videos, official handles of social media, news, articles and GOs/ Circulars related to the centenary celebrations will be made available on the website.

It may be recalled that the Telangana Government has decided to hold year-long celebrations marking the birth centenary of  Narasimha Rao starting  June 28, 2020 till  June 28, 2021. The Government has also constituted “ P.V.Narasimha Rao Centenary Celebrations Committee” under the Chairmanship of  K. Keshava Rao.

Members of the Committee Minister for IT, Industries and MAUD  KT Rama Rao, son and daughter of  PV Narasimha Rao –  P.V.Prabhakar Rao and  Surabhi Vani Devi respectively, Chief Advisor to Govt. Dr. Rajiv Sharma, Advisor to Govt. Dr. KV Ramanachary, Chairman, Telangana Official Language Commission  Devulapalli Prabhakar Rao, Tourism & Culture Dept. Secretary  Sreenivasa Raju, Director of Language & Culture  Mamidi Harikrishna and Director, Digital Media  Konatham Dileep were present.
