Vice President of HDFC Bank, Siddharth Kiran Sanghvi, is missing from his office premises in Kamala Mills under mysterious circumstances since Wednesday. According to police, Sanghvi lived in Malabar Hill with his wife and four-year-old son. Police have recovered his abandoned car with blood stains on the seat next day near Sector 11 in Airoli in Navi Mumbai. ‘He left for work at his usual time… and we have learnt that he left the office around 7:30 pm.
We could see him walking out of his branch but we could not locate his car while leaving the Kamala Mill premises on any CCTV camera’ they said. While investigating the case, police have reportedly found that Sanghvi’s phone was switched off before he left Kamala Mill premises, which was found to be his last location according to call data record. After not being able to reach him till 10 pm, Sanghvi’s wife filed a police complaint. Police have registered a missing complaint at Mumbai’s N M Joshi Marg police station. They suspect that this could be a case of abduction.
