Indian Air Force (IAF) launched an early morning air strike across the Line of Control (LoC) on Tuesday destroying terrorist camps in Pakistan. The strike is in retaliation to Pulwama terror attack in which more than 40 CRPF soldiers were killed. Balakot, Chakothi and Muzaffarabad terror launch pads across the LOC were completely destroyed in IAF air strikes.
Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) control rooms were also destroyed, the report added. IAF used Laser guided bombs during operation and Jaguar recorded all operations for analysis, sources said. Around 200-300 terrorists believed to have been killed in the strikes, sources added. 12 Mirage 2000 jets participated in the operation that dropped 1000 Kg bombs on terror camps across Line of Control (LOC).
