Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy under house arrest since Sunday

Andhra Pradesh police, who have house arrested Kadapa’s YSRCP member of parliament Avinash Reddy on Sunday, is refusing to let him go out even today. There is heavy security around the MP’s residence in Kadapa town.

Police have also refused to allow any YSRCP partymen into the house of Avinash Reddy for the past three days. However, the police are permitting local Telugu Desam Party leaders to roam in the vicinity of the MP’s house.

This is a clear indication that the police are doing this intentionally and with full support of the TDP government.

As a result, the MP was neither able to take part in the party dharna in New Delhi nor attend the ongoing parliament’s budget session.
