The New Yorker (NY) and The New York Times (NYT) jointly won the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for public service through their reporting in exposing wealthy and powerful sexual predators like Hollywood filmmaker Harvey Weinstein.

American songwriter and rapper Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN won the Pulitzer Prize for music.
The Pulitzer Prize for Fiction went to Less by American novelist Andrew Sean Greer.
The most prestigious honors in American journalism the Pulitzers have been awarded since 1917.
