TTD has commenced the procedure for refund of all bookings made in online for Arjita Sevas, Rs 300 Special Entry Darshan and Accommodation made till June 30th in the backdrop of pandemic Corona COVID 19 virus lockdown in the country.

Following the decisions of Central and State Governments to extend the lockdown till May 31, TTD had suspended the bookings made at post offices and e-Darshan counters for Srivari darshan and other services till that date.

TTD has now begun the proceedings for a refund and appealed to devotees to submit their bank account numbers along with IFSC numbers in Excel text format to the following mail ID: refunddesk_1@tirumala.org

In case if the devotees just send Xerox copies or scanned copies of tickets TTD will not be able to consider them for payment processing. The amount due to devotees will be directly credited into their accounts, after verifying the details submitted by devotees.

Similarly, TTD further clarified that the Donors of Sri Venkateswara Alaya Niramana Trust (SRIVANI) who have already booked through on-line, will be provided darshan of Lord Venkateswara on the date of their choice, when once the darshan of the lord is open for pilgrims but cannot be cancelled or refunded.
