Consistent hard work followed by focused approach towards studies was the most crucial aspect of my strategy. I used to plan my daily goals and solved more than twenty sample papers of each subject.

My success story revolves completely around smart work, that too with extreme concentration. The guidance and expertise of my teachers also played a very important role.

I had never followed any time table for Board Exams. I had studied all the subjects every day, never ignored English and Optional subject, ie, Painting so as to give attention on to the three main subjects and due to this my marks were consistent. The main reason that I was quite relaxed during my exams was that I had studied the whole year without ignoring any of the subjects as suggested by the teachers. Teachers used to give homework every day due to which revision of each and every topic became easy. I had sincerely solved all the worksheets and test papers given by them. I had always recalled all the topics which I had studied on particular day at night.

The credit of my success goes to the hardworking and devoted teachers, ie, Payal Ma’am, Thakur Sir, Dalmia Sir, Haksar Ma’am and Shubdha Ma’am. Due to the guidance given by the teachers I have achieved this percentage.

And also, to my family as they have always encouraged me and never pressurized me to study.

I used to focus on all lessons of my class very attentively. I attempted a lot of sample papers in exam related conditions and that helped me in building up my confidence.

There is no sure shot formula of success. My success is the result of hard work, persistence and regular studies. I am thankful to my all teachers who have worked very hard and motivated me throughout the year and without their blessings and support it would not have been possible to score good marks. I also owe my success to my parents who are my source of inspiration and thank them for being so loving and  caring.

Honestly, I did not make any notes nor did I study for long hours. I did not quit my extracurricular activities nor did I quit any form of social media. So there goes all the anticipated facets of the answer.

First and foremost, the credit goes to the teachers because there is nothing better than a practical or example-based pattern of education and that is exactly what we got in the past two years. Teachers did not just make us aware of the concepts, they led us to it.

Secondly, as far as the Humanities stream is concerned, there are a number of theory subjects. I used to read a lot. The story and the concepts were same but every-time I read it, I was able to discover something new, a point that I had missed. So, go through the books as much as you possibly can.

Most importantly, have interests in the subjects you pursue, don’t be birds in a flock.

There is no prescribed mantra for success or achieving your goals. It is different for everyone. However, some moments of retrospection made me realize one thing in life and that is one can only work hard for the things which make him/her happy or interests him/her. Subjects under Humanities Stream worked as a love potion. The facts of Political Science and Economics along with the psychological facets of human brain were alluring to me. I studied because of curiosity and inquisitiveness and not for scoring. I think that’s what made me study for long hours.

Having said that, I don’t believe in quitting social media or joining classes to study for long hours. Concentrated reading even for an hour is better than reading with a distracted mind.

Hence, have interest in what you want to pursue and do not run after a stable career. Take risks for the things you like.

Regular and intense practice of topic in school, revision at home, crystal clear image of target.

Positive attitude, and belief I had in myself despite continued failure through the year, paved the way to my success. I could not have achieved this without the support of my beloved teachers, parents and of course, ‘the Almighty’!

Regular studies and revision every day. Going through the concepts and understanding them rather than learning them as facts.

I was always interested in gaining knowledge and understanding new things. I never cared about what marks my study pattern might provide me, but thought over what had I learnt so far and where all could I apply that in my daily routine.

I would like to give the credit of my success to each and every person, ie, my parents and teachers who have supported me in my academic journey helping me in each and every stage of life. I would say that it’s one ‘s hard work that leads one to success. Secondly, mistakes are the stepping stone to success, and constant tests held in school helped me to work upon my weak points.

At the end, best of luck to all the future aspirants. Work hard and try to find your own mantra to success.
