Nellore Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader Anam Vivekananda passed away early today at Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) in Hyderabad, where he was undergoing treatment for illness for the past one month. He was 66.
Anam Vivekananda was elected to the Andhra Pradesh (AP) Assembly thrice. He was one of the foremost party leaders, who had been very active in his native Nellore district.
His mortal remains are to be shifted to his native village later today.
On coming to know of Anam Vivekananda’s death, party leaders, friends, and family members rushed to his residence.
