Traffic curbs at Yellamma temple from July 16

In view of Kalyanam of Yellamma Devasthanam, Balkampet from July 16 to 18,  thousands of devotees are expected to throng to have darshan and there is every likelihood of streets around Yellamma Temple,   get congested with devotees and their vehicles. In order to facilitate free movement of vehicles, to relieve congestion, to maintain a smooth flow of traffic and to ensure public safety and order, the city police have imposed the following restrictions.


S.S. Bakers Point:  Traffic intending to go towards Fathenagar Bridge will not be allowed towards Balkampet temple, it will be diverted towards B.K.Guda towards Abhilasha towers and towards A.P Cars, B.K.Guda. B.K.Guda X-Road: Traffic will not be allowed towards Balkampet temple, it will be diverted Towards Sri Rama Colony, B.K.Guda.

Holy Cross High School: Traffic coming from Fathehnagar Bridge towards Ameerpet will not be allowed towards the temple and will be diverted towards Sri Rama colony & B.K.Guda. Padmasri Appartments:  Traffic coming from GHMC Playground, Ameerpet to be diverted towards R&B Office, Balkampet and vehicular traffic will not be allowed towards Nature Cure Hospital.

 PARKING PLACES: Near R&B Office, Near Nature Cure Hospital,  SR.Nagar Community Hall,  Padma Sree Apts to Nature cure Hospital roadside parking, GHMC Playground, Ameerpet. General public are requested to cooperate with the Traffic Police during the above period and take alternate routes to avoid inconvenience.
