TTD Chairman calls on Union finance Nirmala Seetharaman

Nirmala Sitharaman to present Union Budget tomorrow

The Chairman of TTD YV Subba Reddy today called on union finance minister Nirmala Seetharaman in New Delhi.  He urged the union Minister  to allow them to convert the banned old  currency notes possessed by the board and other gifts from the devotees into the latest currency notes.

            He also urged the minister to allot funds for Polavaram irrigation project and backward districts of the state. Citing that the income of the board has come down drastically due to Covid 19 virus, he urged the Minister to come to the rescue of the world famous temple.
