Two more IPS officers test positive  in state capital

The corona virus has become a cause of concern for the police Department of the state. In a fresh development, two more IPS officers of the state have tested positive to the virus. The two officers have gone under home quarantine following testing positive to the virus. It May be noted one more IPS officer has also tested positive to the virus in the state a couple of days back. 

All the three IPS officers are under home quarantine now. The gunmen and personal staff of the three IPS officers have now sent to home quarantine. On the other hand, an employee of the DGP office was also tested positive to the virus. This has prompted an officer of the additional DGP cader has gone under home quarantine.

As many as 20 police personnel of Banjara Hills police station and two police constables from Sultan Bazar police station tested positive to the corona virus raising he alarm bells among all the police department employees of the state capital. A total of 3026 positive cases have been reported from the GHMC limits during the last one month.
